Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter has been on quite a journey — from one of our most popular Limited Batch nut butters to a bestselling member of our permanent lineup, and on to superstar status as a Good Food Award winner. This West Coast-inspired almond butter is handmade with heirloom Mission almonds, crunchy whole California pistachios, Organic Vermont maple syrup, and a touch of, our favorite, Jacobsen sea salt. The velvety result offers the perfect amount of crunch and feels like a warm summer breeze dancing through sky-high palm trees (but perfect for every season). We love this nut butter as part of any brunch spread or cheese board, smeared thickly on sandwiches, stuffed into a crepe, or eaten straight from the jar.

In addition, they require less water for cultivation, making them a more environmentally sustainable choice. Unlike many almond butter makers out there, we mill our almonds with their anti-inflammatory skins intact, further boosting their antioxidants and heart-healthy fiber in our nut butters.
Grown in the sunny days and cool nights of California’s San Joaquin Valley without pesticides, our pistachios are a great source of heart-healthy fats, fiber, protein, antioxidants, and nutrients like vitamin B6 and thiamine.
